Do I own the software and systems you build?

Yes, completely. Once the final invoice is settled, the source code, hosting access, domains, and every asset we create are yours — not licensed to you, not rented back to you, yours. We set everything up in your own cloud, domain registrar, and payment accounts from the very start, so there's no migration step later and nothing you keep paying us to keep working. If you ever want to move development to another team or an in-house hire, they can pick up the codebase directly, because there's no proprietary framework or hidden dependency only we understand. This is the same standard we'd want if we were the client.

How do we coordinate during development?

You get a private staging link that updates weekly, so you can click through and test real features as they're built instead of reading a status report about them. We hold a short weekly call — usually 15 minutes — to walk through what shipped and agree what's next, and you can message the engineer building your system directly on WhatsApp or Slack between calls. There's no account manager relaying messages and no monthly PDF deck. If something looks off in a Tuesday build, you can flag it Tuesday, not at the next scheduled check-in.

How long does a build take?

It depends on scope, but here's the range: sales funnels and landing pages typically ship in 1–2 weeks, customer acquisition websites run 3–5 weeks, and custom software or full SaaS builds take 6–12 weeks including an MVP-stage cut if you want to launch early and add features after. Every timeline is scoped against a written blueprint you approve before we start building, so estimates aren't guesses — they're commitments. Whatever number lands on your proposal, we commit to it in writing before you pay anything, and you'll know within the first week if reality is tracking the plan.

What technology do you use, and do I need to understand it?

We build with modern, fast, widely-supported tools — React, Python, PostgreSQL, and Cloudflare among them — and you don't need to know any of it to work with us. We handle the servers, databases, environment configuration, and deployment pipeline end to end. We deliberately pick boring, proven, mainstream technology rather than whatever's newest, specifically so you're never stuck with a system only our team can maintain — any competent developer can open the codebase in a year and understand it immediately, which matters more to us than looking clever.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes 30 days of free support after launch, during which we actively watch how the system behaves with real users and fix anything that surfaces — bugs, edge cases, performance issues under real traffic. After that window, a monthly retainer is entirely optional: some clients keep one running to add features and stay ahead of changes, others take the finished code and run it themselves with their own team. Neither choice is wrong, and there's no pressure either way — the software works and is yours regardless of what you decide next.

Can you work with the tools we already use?

Usually, yes. Most systems we build connect into something you already run day-to-day — a CRM like HubSpot or Zoho, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, an accounting tool like Tally or QuickBooks, or a payment gateway like Razorpay or Stripe. If it exposes an API, we can almost certainly wire it up so data flows automatically instead of getting copy-pasted between tabs. If something genuinely doesn't have an integration path, we'll tell you plainly on the first call rather than let you discover it halfway through a build.

We're not technical. Is that a problem?

No — most of our clients aren't, and that's exactly who we build the process for. You don't need to arrive with a spec, a wireframe, or the right vocabulary for what you want built.
