Privacy Policy

We collect what you type into our contact form, and nothing else. We don't run advertising trackers, we don't set analytics cookies, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone. If you'd rather not use the form, email us directly at hello@kwicc.com.

When you submit our contact form, you choose to give us:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company name (optional)
• The type of project you're interested in and your budget range
• Whatever you write in the message field

We only get this information because you typed it and pressed send. We don't ask for and don't want payment card details, government identification, or any sensitive personal information through this website.

Solely to reply to you and to scope the work you're asking about. If you become a client, we use the same details to communicate with you about your project. We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking us to.

We use Google Analytics cookies to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone. You can choose to accept or decline these cookies using our cookie consent banner.

We keep this list short deliberately. Using this website involves the following third parties:

• Cloudflare — hosts this website and serves it to you. Cloudflare processes your IP address and standard request logs as part of delivering the page and protecting against abuse.
• Google Fonts — this site loads fonts from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
• Google Analytics — collects standard anonymous traffic data to help us understand site usage and performance.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you click one of our WhatsApp buttons. Your conversation with us is then subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one.
• Email provider — messages you send us are stored in our email account so we can reply to them.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We don't share it with anyone beyond what's listed above, unless we're legally required to.

Enquiries are kept for as long as they're commercially useful — typically while we're in conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Client project records are kept for as long as we need them to deliver and support the work, and to meet tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

As a Data Principal under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights which we extend to all users globally:

• Right to Access: You can request a summary of the personal data we process about you and the list of third parties with whom it has been shared.
• Right to Correction and Erasure: You can ask us to correct inaccurate data, complete incomplete details, or erase your data when the purpose is fulfilled.
• Right of Grievance Redressal: If you have concerns, you can contact us directly. If unsatisfied, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
• Right to Nominate: You have the right to nominate another individual to exercise your data rights in the event of death or incapacity.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@kwicc.com. We will action your request as a Data Fiduciary within a reasonable timeframe and without any fee.

This site is served over HTTPS. We keep access to enquiry data limited to the people who need it to reply to you. No system is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise — but we also don't collect much worth stealing.

This website is aimed at businesses and isn't intended for children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. This policy is governed by the laws of India.
